Floral delivery schedule:

Same day delivery is available but may exclude holidays.
- Orders given before 2:00 pm: Same day delivery
- Orders given after 2:00 pm: May be delayed until the next day.
- A request for delivery after 4 pm will incur an addition charge of $5 over and above the regular delivery price for the area.
*Please note the following exemptions to prompt floral delivery service:
- Unpredictable traffic flow in the greater Montreal area will occasionally make precise delivery times impossible.
- Due to the dramatic increase in orders during holidays (such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) precise delivery times are generally not available.
- Funeral orders received before 10 AM may be delivery the same day after 2 pm.
- Unforeseen delays in delivery are non-refundable.
- On the rare occasion that a delivery does not reach its destination, please advise us as quickly as possible. Our dedicated staff will investigate and remedy the situation promptly.

Delivery fees vary depending on the location. An exact price will be added after entering the name and/or area of the city in the "your cart" section as order is being entered.
Did you know? All florists charge for deliveries. Reputable flower shops will always charge the customer and will detail it on the invoice. Other flower shops will claim free delivery but will reduce the amount of flowers to cover the cost of delivery. Our delivery costs are far less than a cab fare with expensive fuel charges and are handled by a professional service. |

Important specific delivery information for:

- Office deliveries: A complete address including floor or suite number, the company name, department name and the name of the person to whom the flowers are intended.
- Hospitals: The patient’s complete name. If the recipient is a woman, her maiden name is required as well. Also required is the name of the hospital, the wing or department, and the floor and room number.
- Funeral homes: The name of the deceased as well as the name of the funeral home, address,date and time of visiting hours.
