Flower delivery delays are :

All flower deliveries are possible on the same day
- Orders given before 2:30 pm: Same day
- Orders given after 2:30 pm: May be delayed until the next day.
* Please note the following regarding delivery delays :
- Precise times are harder to respect because of unpredictable traffic, stop signs and traffic lights.
- We can’t promise a specific delivery time on holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day…).
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm for funerals may be ready for 2:00 pm the same day.
- Exceeding delivery times doesn’t give you any compensation.
- In case of non delivery, the buyer must inform us as soon as possible. After investigating, we reply and make necessary arrangements.

Delivery fees depend on the location. You can see an exact price after entering the name of the city (in the See your cart section)
Good to know: all florists invoice for deliveries however, some invoice the customer and others do not invoice, they rather remove the amount from the flowers.
Honestly, delivery charges cost less than a cab and are very fair considering gas prices. |

Important specific situations :
|
- For office deliveries, we need a complete address including floor or suite number, the company name and the name of the person to whom the flowers are intended.
- For hospitals, we need the patient’s complete name and if it’s a woman, we need her maiden name as well. Also required are the hospital name, the wing, and the floor and room number.
- For funeral homes, it is necessary to have the name of the deceased, the funeral home’s name and address as well as the date and time of the wake.
